Meet Your Coach

Hi! I’m Matt DelGreco, and have a wealth of experience to help you reach your goals. I come from a high-performance, athletic background with 5 years of working in professional soccer and 5 years of personal training working with a wide variety of clients with very different needs.

For the last 5 years, I have worked in professional soccer for Charlton Athletic Football Club (England), the New England Revolution (MLS) and most recently as the Director of Sports Performance for Rhode Island FC (USL). Through these high-performance environments, I have worked along side athletic trainers, physical therapists, and orthopedic surgeons which has allowed me to see athletic and client needs through many different lenses.

I have worked with a wide variety of individuals ranging in age from pre-teen to senior citizens. Whether you need to lose weight, improve your strength pre- and post-knee or hip replacement surgery, or just improve your health and longevity, I can help you achieve your goals.

I will work with you to help you understand common misconceptions and take control of your health. Let me be your guide in a world full of diet fads and online misinformation!
